History

Founded in 1876, Cabinet Boettcher is one of the oldest industrial property firms in France.  It was held by the Boettcher family until the 1960s, and since then three generations of outsiders have taken on the firm and have developed its activity to its present state:  a human scale structure (25 people), a varied and eclectic clientele from individuals to multinationals, and a team of responsive professionals attentive to your needs.

Our Profession

We are French and European patent attorneys handling patents, trademarks, and designs.  Our profession is regulated and we are subject to professional secrecy.  We advise you in your strategy for protecting, working, and defending your industrial property rights, and we represent you directly before the various competent national or international authorities (French Patent Office (INPI), EPO, WIPO, OHIM) for receiving, examining, granting, and maintaining your rights.  We maintain a vast network of corespondents abroad enabling us to extend your rights throughout the world.
